Kipper graduated with his first degree in sports therapy in 2018 and later earned his second degree in physiotherapy from Saint Francis University in 2024. With over six years of experience working at Integrated Body Therapies, Kipper has helped numerous clients overcome sports injuries, enhance their performance, and continue their fitness journeys. He specialises in addressing chronic issues, particularly for those with sedentary lifestyles, such as office workers facing work-related wear and tear, overstrain, and fatigue. Kipper’s goal is to reduce symptoms, improve range of motion, restore function, and ultimately enhance the quality of life for his clients.
Kipper’s treatment philosophy is holistic and patient-centred, combining both passive and active approaches. He begins with a thorough consultation to evaluate each client’s condition, understanding their injury history and performing a physical assessment. This comprehensive evaluation enables him to formulate a clinical diagnosis and analyse the client’s issues. By identifying exercise habits and personal goals, Kipper tailors a personalized treatment plan that aligns with each client’s needs. His approach emphasizes collaboration, as he works alongside clients to set and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Kipper employs a variety of hands-on techniques, including soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and acupuncture, to manage symptoms effectively. As clients progress, he gradually introduces active rehabilitation exercises focused on strength, core stability, and balance training. Kipper also teaches clients home exercises and self-release techniques to ensure that treatment effects are maintained outside of sessions.
He is particularly passionate about treating athletes and gym-goers with sports related injuries, including:
Also, he has a keen interest in working with office workers suffering from neck, shoulder, and lower back pain.
Outside of his professional life, Kipper is an avid weight trainer and regular gym-goer. His personal experiences help him recognize and correct clients’ exercise postures. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and outdoor activities, taking every opportunity to connect with nature. Kipper also appreciates the balance of hard work and relaxation, often running his days fuelled by caffeine and unwinding with a beer in the evenings.
With his extensive background, patient-centered approach, and passion for helping others, Kipper is dedicated to providing exceptional physiotherapy care. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to improve your athletic performance, or simply seeking to enhance your overall well-being, Kipper is here to support you on your journey to better health.

"Kip joined iBT shortly after we opened the first clinic in 2018 he came from The Technological & Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (Thei) with a degree in manual therapy.
Kip spent spent his first six months shadowing me with my clients and learning some of my techniques from oil massage, trigger point therapy, learning ailments such as frozen shoulders and general muscle aches and fatigue, to blood flow therapy for reconstruction knees.
In 2019 we decided it was time for Kipper to be educationally upgraded and go back to university where I encouraged him to do physiotherapy. Today Kipper treats me at least 1 time a month his old mixed with the fresh knowledge education, I am very proud of his achievements and talents.
He has always helped my ailments after my back surgery in 2020 to recent prehab for my shoulder injury.
His techniques keep me going."
