  • Where are you located in?
We have 2 address on Wyndham Street:
  • What are your prices?
Prices start from $1300. Each therapist has their own prices depending on qualifications and experience which are listed on their biography under the "Team" tab.
  • Which type of treatment do I need?
Don't worry, if you are unsure what will be right for you, the style of treatment will be decided in your initial chat with your therapist. Prices are per hour and do not change because of the style of therapy performed. Just book with your preferred therapist and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
  • Are you open on weekends, evenings and public holidays?
Yes, our building is open from 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday. We are often available after 7pm, Sundays and public holidays too, please WhatsApp for therapist availability. Evenings and lunch time are the most popular slots so please do book ahead, same day appointments are more rare at these times!
  • Can I walk in?
No, please schedule an appointment using the WhatsApp.
  • Do you take insurance?
iBT is a Physiotherapy clinic offering a full range of manual therapies, so not all of our talented staff are Physiotherapists. It’s important to us to get things right so, to avoid any disappointment, please check your policy carefully for what is covered. We are not a 'network' or 'panel clinic' for any insurance companies and all policies are slightly different as to what they accept, so we cannot advise on your personal coverage or take any responsibility for failed claims. Our clinical massage is definately worth every cent even if you cannot claim. Please note, if your coverage is only for treatment with a registered Physiotherapist your booking should be with Troy. If you are covered for Physical Therapy, Sports Therapy, Massage or other methods of clinical bodywork then you may see any team member. iBT does not have an in-house doctor so if you require a referral letter, please arrange that independently. Either way, all sessions must be paid for in full at the time of the treatment, we are then happy to provide a corresponding invoice for you to make any claim.
  • How can I book?
Please WhatsApp with your name and email for booking requests.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
We are happy to accept payment in cash or by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Unfortunately we do not accept Octopus or PayMe at this time. Please remember all treatments must be paid for directly, in full at the time of your appointment.
  • Do you offer discount packages?
Yes! We offer 3 pre-pay discount packages which are valid for 1 year and can be used for massage treatments (not Physiotherapy). Please WhatsApp for details.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Here at iBT, nothing makes us happier than the gift of massage! We can provide vouchers for a specific amount to suit your budget, or time with a therapist of your choice. Please contact us to arrange.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
As with all busy clinics, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes or cancellation otherwise the appointment time must be paid for. We understand that emergencies happen and try to accommodate wherever possible, however if you do not arrive for your appointment, this means the therapist has lost revenue and other clients may lose the opportunity to be treated.
  • Weather warning policy?
In line with other businesses, if a T8 is hoisted, the clinic may close. Please note that until that actually happens, and in all other circumstances, the clinic will remain open and ready to help you.
  • What do I wear?
Massage is usual performed in just underwear using towels for modesty, Physio in shorts/sportswear to allow comfortable movement. If you prefer to be more covered up, do not worry, we want you to feel comfortable so just let us know your preference and if you need to borrow shorts we are happy to provide some for you to use during treatment. Your therapist will leave the room while you dress/undress so privacy is always respected here.
